The location by the harbor is fantastic, allowing for lovely morning walks and a clean room environment that felt modern and fresh. Best hotel experience I've had yet!

Regrettably, noise from the lobby was disruptive, affecting the comfort of my stay. Staff unresponsiveness at crucial times also diminished the overall experience.

During my stay, I truly appreciated the easy access to beautiful parks like Island Park, just about 2 km away, and a variety of delicious restaurants like the Ivanhoe Pub & Eatery, only a short walk of 0.5 km, which made my city strolls even more delightful. while the room was clean and nicely appointed, the breakfast charges could be reconsidered and provided as a complimentary service.

The view from the queen room was splendid, showcasing the beautiful marina. The harbor walk provided a peaceful retreat, away from the hustle of the surroundings.

I absolutely loved my stay, especially enjoying the cozy soaking tub and the stunning marina view from my room. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and I appreciated the quiet corner for some peaceful downtime. The only hiccup was that I wasn't aware of the parking fee, but it didn't put a damper on my overall experience. 🛁

However, the room's sliding glass door remains sealed off and can't be opened to enjoy the fresh air, which seems contrary to its intended purpose. You might also want to plan for parking fees that could add up unexpectedly, despite being a nominal amount per exit.

We loved the marina views and spent a great day at the Racine Zoo. The fitness center was perfect for a quick workout, too. Easy check-in and check-out made everything smooth.

We did face a disappointment with the room size. ours felt noticeably smaller than expected and lacked proper furniture for comfort.

The room was pretty comfortable, and I liked that it had a nice view of the marina. A bit noisy since it was close to the lobby, but it was super convenient for coffee and the pool. The bed was decent, and overall, I felt relaxed during my stay. Just watch out for the tight parking garage entrance!

my stay was great in a king room. the room had a flat-screen tv, refrigerator, and microwave. the indoor swimming pool was fun, and the fitness center was a nice touch. enjoyed the marina view while relaxing by the harbor walk. also, staff were super accommodating. warm cookies at check-in were a sweet perk!
